Mixed use office-residential building. A fantasy to live in a penthouse overlooking Central Park. I built this building with two penthouses on the third floor overlooking the ocean on hip Main Street in Santa Monica. Two blocks to Chinois on Main, next-door to Joe Golds (original) Gym.
